Meet Janet
With more than four decades of networking and entrepreneurial experience, Janet Woloszyk is the founder of JW Communicate and a Director with AmSpirit Business Connections.
Janet's career journey spans a wide range of industries — from managing retail operations and corporate buying to running McCandless Floral, Inc., a successful floral business she owned and operated for 49 years. Along the way, she also worked as a registered nurse for 25 years, bringing compassion, resilience, and leadership into every role she held.
Today, through JW Communicate, Janet channels her expertise into business consulting, career direction, and networking education, helping professionals discover their path to success. Her passion is simple but powerful: to help others grow, connect, and thrive.
